You will participate throughout the cooking process. Starting with the market, the grocer or the shop, a daily meeting place between sellers and buyers. The purchase of the condiments necessary for the preparation of the meal will be an opportunity to discover many local products and spices.
Return home or to the workshop for an introductory course in Senegalese gastronomy. You will test your cooking skills while discussing each other's daily life. After hours of cooking, we will enjoy setting up the prepared meals together, and you will be invited to receive your certificate from the chief.
The meal will take place with the family before ending with a tasting of a traditional tea. Commonly known as mint tea, or Ataya in the local dialects, this hot drink is widely consumed after each meal. It serves as a digestive and remains the best shared drink in Senegal
